Before your nutrition session:
Before your session, you’ll complete a short intake form, at least 24 hours in advance so I can review your goals and background.
Your initial session is approximately 45 minutes. During this time, we’ll explore your main health concerns, typically focusing on two or three key areas.
I use a client-centered coaching approach that encourages self-discovery and empowerment, helping you clarify your goals and take small, meaningful and sustainable steps toward change.
Within a few days, you’ll receive a personalized plan tailored to your needs and lifestyle.
A follow-up session is strongly encouraged to support accountability track progress, and make adjustments along the way.
My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you feel seen, heard, guided and comfortable throughout the process.

I currently offer mobile massage services in Portland, Oregon, bringing my services to you for your convenience and comfort.
I also offer in-person sessions at Natures Path Wellness, located in Southeast Portland.
Nutrition support is available via Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
